How do I return an item?

 

Please inspect your materials purchased immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered please contact us right away. The best way to do it is to send us an e-mail letting us know what is wrong with the item and that you will be returning it. This way you are sure to notify us within the required 14 day period. Send your email to: vivienhibbert@gmail.com.  I need to have the damaged item prior to sending your replacement so please return the item as soon as possible. Our address for returns is below.

 

I try to make every effort to be sure that the items you receive are what you were expecting. However, if for some reason you wish to return an item other than described above you may do so for store credit or refund. The following applies:

 

• I only accept returns for credit or refund within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
  
  
• Items returned for store credit receive 100% credit. Simply write "Store Credit" on your return when you send it back and I will issue you a store credit.
  
  
• If you do not want a store credit there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
  
  
• Items returned for refund or credit must be new and unused.
  
  
• There are no refunds or credit given on closeout or clearance items.
  
  
• Please pack items carefully when returning. Any items we receive that are damaged will not be   refunded or credited. I am not responsible for returns "lost in the mail." You may consider insuring the item and tracking for delivery confirmation.
  
  
• I do not cover shipping or insurance costs on return items.
